WE 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to we 999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and we 999 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), operating at we999.world. By accessing the we 999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on any we 999 game, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

The platform is designed primarily for users in Pakistan, with all financial transactions conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We 999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create a we 999 account or place any bet on the platform. We 999 operates a strict minimum age policy. Registering while underage, or allowing a minor to use your account, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Verification: We 999 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by we 999 support will result in account suspension.

One account per person: Each player may hold one and only one active we 999 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Registration is limited to one account per device, IP address, household address, and payment method. we 999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close duplicates upon detection, retaining any balances at its discretion in cases of suspected abuse.

Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering on we 999. Any deliberate misrepresentation of identity, age, or contact details constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• You must provide a valid email address and mobile number that you actively control.
• Your registered name must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date via your account settings.

3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we 999 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. we 999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, accessible via account settings.

We 999 will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any message claiming to be from we 999 that requests your password is fraudulent — report it to support@we999.world immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact we 999 support immediately via live chat or email. We 999 will investigate and may freeze the account pending resolution. We 999 is not liable for losses arising from failure to keep login credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Payments

We 999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers from all major Pakistani banks, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. We 999 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit on we 999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above Rs 500,000 per transaction may require additional verification as part of we 999's financial compliance procedures.

Processing time: Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your we 999 balance within seconds under normal conditions. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically instant.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We 999 does not accept third-party payments.
• We 999 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees — consult your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank terms for details.
• Deposits made from unverified accounts may be held pending completion of identity verification.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at we 999 can only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, and the name on the receiving account must match your registered we 999 name. We 999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. There is no processing fee charged by we 999 on withdrawals; payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

Processing times:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: 1–4 hours for standard accounts, under 30 minutes for VIP Gold tier and above.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals: 2–6 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals: 1–3 business days.

We 999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard financial compliance requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Documents must be submitted within 72 hours of the request — failure to comply will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

Winnings generated through bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 before they can be withdrawn. Deposited funds that have not been wagered at all may be returned to the original payment method but will not be processed as a conventional withdrawal — they constitute a reversal of deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

We 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms specified at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus: New we 999 members may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon first deposit. The specific match percentage, maximum amount, and eligible games are stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonus terms are binding and cannot be modified after the bonus has been activated.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds at we 999 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable balance. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on we 999 is 30x the bonus amount.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, which is stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, roulette, and Andar Bahar may contribute at a lower rate, as specified per promotion.
• We 999 does not permit withdrawal of deposited funds while an active bonus is in progress. Players who wish to withdraw before completing wagering requirements must first forfeit their bonus balance via account settings.
• Bonus abuse — including matched betting, use of multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or any coordinated strategy to exploit promotions — will result in bonus cancellation, reversal of associated winnings, and account suspension.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on we 999 use certified random number generation (RNG) for automated games, and real physical equipment for live dealer games. The stated return-to-player (RTP) and house edge for each game are published on the respective game information panels and represent the long-run statistical performance of the game — individual session outcomes will vary significantly from these averages.

We 999 does not manipulate game outcomes based on individual player bet size, account history, balance level, or any other player-specific factor. The RNG operates independently of all account-level data.

Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface before any bet is placed. we 999 reserves the right to modify bet limits on individual games at any time. VIP members may be offered elevated limits as part of their tier benefits.

Disconnection policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round on we 999, your bet remains in play on the server and the round completes normally. Your balance will update to reflect the outcome when you reconnect. If the disconnection was caused by a we 999 server fault, the affected round is voided and stakes returned.

Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a game error, software malfunction, or incorrect display of payouts due to a technical fault on the we 999 platform, we 999 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes. Payouts made in error will be reversed from your balance regardless of whether they have been included in a withdrawal request that has not yet been processed.

8 VIP Club

• VIP tier upgrades and downgrades are assessed automatically at the end of each calendar month based on qualifying wagering activity.

• We 999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, or the VIP programme structure at any time with 30 days' notice to affected members.

9 Responsible Gaming

We 999 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support.

We 999 operates a strict 18+ age policy. If you believe a minor is using a we 999 account, report it immediately to support@we999.world. We 999 will investigate all such reports as a priority.

Self-excluded players are prohibited from attempting to re-register on we 999 during their exclusion period. Any account created during an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited. We 999 is not liable for losses incurred by a self-excluded player who circumvents self-exclusion controls.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on we 999 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in we 999 games or platform infrastructure. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to support@we999.world immediately.
• Using we 999 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds through a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Providing false identity or age information at any point during account use.
• Attempting to access or use we 999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing we 999 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

We 999 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Players identified in violation of this section will be notified of suspension but are not entitled to detailed information about the detection methods used, in order to preserve the integrity of we 999's security systems.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

We 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to be in breach of any section of these Terms.
• We 999 suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour.
• Identity verification documents have been requested but not provided within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.
• We 999 is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, we 999 will notify you by email to your registered address. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and any frozen balance released. If a breach is confirmed, we 999 reserves the right to retain the balance at its discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their we 999 account should contact support@we999.world. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard verification requirements.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the we 999 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, branding, logos, UI design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of we 999 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the express written permission of we 999.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the we 999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, scraping, data harvesting, or redistribution of we 999 content.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we 999 and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from use of the we 999 platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, irrespective of the game variant or format.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures outside of we 999's direct control.
• Loss of data resulting from a player's own device failure or connectivity issues.
• Actions taken by third parties — including payment providers — that affect deposits or withdrawals.

We 999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

We 999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at we999.world/privacy-policy. By registering a we 999 account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: we 999 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We 999 does not sell player data to third parties. Player data is secured using industry-standard encryption and stored on servers protected by multi-layer security protocols.

15 Changes to These Terms

We 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required by law or to address a security vulnerability.

The effective date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
